Yes — but it's transferable. If a litter doesn't produce the pup you wanted, or your timing changes, your deposit moves to the next available litter. We just can't return it as cash, because reserving your spot means we turn other families away.

It depends on where you fall in line and our breeding schedule. Most families wait 3–6 months from deposit to taking their puppy home. We'll give you a clearer timeline when you place your deposit.

Absolutely. We strongly encourage it. Schedule a visit and you can meet the parent dogs, tour the kennel, and see exactly how our pups are raised. No pressure, no sales pitch.

You can upgrade any time before training begins. Once we've started a package, we can't refund it — but we can apply credits toward future services for you or another family member.

We don't ship via cargo. We do offer ground delivery at $2/mile within driving distance, or you can arrange a flight nanny service we've worked with before. Most families pick up in person — it's a great way to meet the team.

Every puppy comes with a written health guarantee. We guarantee against genetic defects for the first 24 months. If any covered issue arises, we'll work with you on a replacement pup or a refund — full details are in the contract you'll sign at deposit.
